Directions:  Abington High is a right off of 18S about a mile after Rte 139 crosses 18 if coming from the North and a left off of 18N about a mile after Rte 123 crosses 18 if coming from the South.  At the lights for Abington High is Seones Landscape and Great Chow 18.  To get to Frolio and or ECC take the turn in between Great Chow and Seones (away from Abington High entrance and follow road to the end (about 100 yards).  Go left onto Washington Street.  1st right is Ralph Hamlin Drive and ECC is down bottom of hill on right.  Gyms are at the back of the complex.  Frolio is on Washington Street on your right after you pass Ralph Hamilin Drive (VFW is on the corner of Washington and Ralph Hamlin).
